Dr. Dick and Marian Douce (rhymes with house) serve in Quito, Ecuador with HCJB.  Dan, their older son, is studying medicine at U of Miami in Florida and is involved in leadership with the Christian Medical Student ministry.  Tom is studying at U of Michigan where he is in leadership with InterVarsity.  Dick is a physician and director of medical staff at Vozandes Hospital and Marian gives leadership to the information technology department of HCJB.  Both are involved in discipling and Bible studies.
