Jim and Ruth Snyder  have 5 sons: Ben (Trinity graduate, teaching high school) Sam (student at Trinity) Jake, Caleb, and Joe.  Jim directs Compassion Ministries, the helping arm of EFC that provides material aid to be distributed by Evangelical Free church missionaries working among needy people (flood, famine, and earthquake relief, AIDS work)  Ruth keeps the family running as well as works in a community coffee shop.
