  Women's Ministries at The Chapel

The Chapel Women's Ministry is a program designed by women for women. We love, serve and care about the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of women. Our goal is that women who come to a Chapel gathering or activity will be touched by Jesus Christ and His wonderful attributes through their contacts with other women who love Him and love them.

Every woman of the Chapel is encouraged to seek the heart and mind of Christ by living to please Him, being committed to serve others in love and grace, growing in her walk of faith through prayer and the Word of God, and using her gifts to uplift and edify others.

I Peter 4:10
"As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God."

Womens' Ministries Sub-Ministries

Ladies Bible Study
Ladies Bible Studies are held Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings (except during the summer months) with multiple topics being offered in a small group discussion format. Developmentally appropriate children's programming is available for children (infants through kindergarten).  Click on the current schedule link below.

Prayer Chain
This ministry is for anyone committed to pray for fellow believers from The Chapel who experience an urgent need for prayer. Needs are passed along by phone through several chains at different times of the day. If you would like to be added to our prayer chain, contact Lisa Bubar or Mary Ernst.

Helping Hands
Helping hands is a branch of Women's Ministries which considers it a privilege to provide meals for our Chapel family members during times of need. Contact Joan Bullard if you are interested in helping to prepare and deliver meals.

Serving With Sympathy
This ministry is for women who would be available at a moment's notice to help serve a meal after the funeral of a Chapel member or regular attender. Contact Mary Ernst or Vicki Christensen is you are interested in serving on this committee.

Anna Ministry
The Anna Ministry is automatically available to new and expectant moms who attend The Chapel, whether they are having their first or tenth child! Anna Encouragers are Chapel women devoted to prayer for, and encouragement of, expectant and new moms. New moms will receive a gift basket from Women's Ministries and her Encourager will offer prayer for the new baby and mother. Contact Barb DeWees for further information.

Celebration Coffees
Two to three times a year, the women of The Chapel gather to celebrate the birth of new babies in our church. This is a great time to meet with new moms, be an encouragement and share their joy.  Contact Jackie Markoch or Diane Christensen to help out with this ministry.
